(NAME OF SCREENSAVER) End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT: THIS SCREENSAVER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND USING THE SCREENSAVER. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SCREENSAVER AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY SELECTING THE DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL NOW BUTTON AND USING THE SCREENSAVER, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SCREENSAVER AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN DO NOT INSTALL THE SCREENSAVER.

2. The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use (NAME OF SCREENSAVER) if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
3. There is no limit on how many personally owned computers you put this software on.
4. The (NAME OF SCREENSAVER) freeware, may be freely distributed as such, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of eCards By Faith Screensaver.
5. (NAME OF SCREENSAVER) IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by FAITH CREATIONS.
7. Installing and using (NAME OF SCREENSAVER) signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove (NAME OF SCREENSAVER) Screensaver files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
